3 c self rising flour
1/4 c sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c milk
1/3 c oil
6 oz pkg butterscotch morsels
1 c apples, peeled and diced

Combine flour and sugar. Combine eggs, milk, oil, morsels, and apples, Add all at once to flour mixture, stirring only till flour is moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 425 deg. 20-25 minutes or till golden brown.
