this is another fall thing here......great on fresh bread,biscuits bagels....kids and dh love it

1 c butter,softened
1/2 c honey
1 tsp cinnamon

Beat til smooth and enjoy

mom2mercedes, do you freeze your butter? I was thinking of mkaing a breakfast basket for DH's grandmother for christmas and was going to do some jams and butters. This sounded like a great thing to add to it just wonder if you freeze yours!

yes you can freeze this in mold or logs.
