1 c hashed browns
1 c chopped ham
6 eggs
1/3 c milk
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1/3 c grated cheddar

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Place all except eggs, milk, and cheese in 9x9 pan. Lightly beat eggs and milk together and pour over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25 minutes uncovered.

This sounds so good. My family loves this kind of thing. I am going to try this for breakfast tomorrow.
