1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
1/4 c peanut butter
1/4 c jelly
1 Tbs cinnamon-sugar

Preheat oven to 375.

Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to 1/8in.
Cut w/cutter or glass into 3-in circles.
Place 1/2 tsp eac-peanut butter and jelly in the middle-do not spread.
Wrap dough around filling and pinch shut.
Place seam side down on a greased cookie sheet.
Brush tops lightly with water or an egg wash.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar.

Bake 15-17 min,til lightly browned.Let cool 10 min. Serve warm.


To reheat-microwave oven med,about 5 seconds per puff.

I've seen something similar to this only it is corn bread muffins that have the PBJ baked in the middle of it.

This recipe sounds good but I did make one that didn't sound as good as this one but it had pie crust instead of pizza dough, but I used grape jelly, and this seemed to be a HUGE mistake as when it got warm it almost turned to liquid. Is there a better kind of jelly to use or did you have this same problem? I have a dd that is allergic to strawberry's but I think my girls would really like these if I could get the recipe right.
