These sound so yummy and I bet my kids would actually eat them - but one question: What if I cheat and use Bisqucik - can't I just add in the pumpkin puree and maybe the spices and they would still come out half way decent? TIA!!!

I just made these tonight for dinner....and OMG I dont know what anyone could NOT like about these???

This is one of those breakfast things you imagine getting at a nice bed & breakfast thats tucked into the hills of Vermont when the leaves are changing... ...if you like coffee the pumpkin pie creamer in it goes great w/these!!!(tea works also though or evn the standard tall glass of milk )

This makes a THICK batter though....dont thin it...just spread it w/your spatula....

They are awesome!!!!

I think I am going to try these for breakfast tomorrow. I ds likes to put apple butter on pancakes and waffles. I wonder how that would go with these?

Can't wait to try them!
