8 eggs
1/2 c half-and-half
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c finely chopped cooked ham
1/4 c minced green peppers
1/4 c minced onions
1/4 tsp parsley


Beat eggs and half and half til light and fluffy.
Stir in the cheese, ham, green pepper,onion and parsley.
Pour into a greased 9in square baking dish.
Bake at 400 for 25 min,til set.

M2M...I make this exact recipe myself and I can say that it is very good and easy. I actually found it in a magazine about 10 years ago and have it on my menu to fix for C-mas Eve brunch. We love it!! I meant to post it last night but forgot..I'm glad you did.
