2 c dry chicken stove top stuffing mix
1/4 c bisquick
2 c milk
1 1/2 c cubed ham (or sausage, cooked,crumbled,and drained well)
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350
Lightly grease a 9 x 12 baking dish.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Pour into dish.
Bake 45-50 minutes or til set.

My hubby found this one from the Angel food ministries magazine. I was thinking of trying it Christmas morning to surprise him.

1 package (16oz) breakfast sausage
1 chopped green onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup of water
1/2 cup of milk
1 package country gravy mix (about 3oz)
6 slices of bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 tablespoons melted butter (optional)
paprika to taste (optional)

Brown sausage in skillet, drain.

Spread sausage and green onion into grreased baking dish. Top with cheese. Whish together eggs, water, milk, and gravy mix. Add to dish. Arrange bread squares evenly on top. If desired drizzle melted butter over bread and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until inserted knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes.
