we love these...esp dh who loves anything spicy!!(they have a good kick but dont over-do it)

2 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red peppers, ground
1/8 tsp pepper
2 lbs potatioes diced(os go fast and use a bag of frozen)

Preheat oven to 400.

Mix first 6 ingred well.
Add potatoes and stir well.

Dump onto cookie sheet coated w/pam and arrange in single layer.
Bake at 400 for 30 min,til browned. (I usually stir once after about 20 min)

Leftover are also good in burritos!(If ya have any)
