This is one of my new favorite things!!!
1/2 Tbs butter
2 eggs
1/4 c crumbled feta cheese(I suggest a good one)
salt and pepper
Melt butter,put in eggs,sprinkle w/feta,cooke to scamble then salt pepper and voila... 
You dont even know what your in for.....(tip-taste before you salt cause feta is salty on its own)
