I love love love poached eggs....and as odd as this sounds I tried it anyway and its one of my new favorite things...

put your egg in a well greased cup
put 2-3 drops of liquid smoke on top
add a dash of garlic salt and some pepper on top and cook as usual.

honestly....you'll be HOOKED!!!
