1/2 c butter, softened
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c mashed ripe bananas
1/4 c milk
1 Tbs grated orange peel
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c flaked coconut
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1/2 c crushed pineapple

Cream butter and sugar then,add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in banana, milk, orange peel and extracts.

Mix flour, baking soda and salt then add to the creamed mix just til moist.

Fold in the coconut, nuts and pineapple.

Put in a greased 9x5 loaf pan.

Bake at 350 60-35 min,til a toothpick comes out clean. (start testing at 55-60 min )

Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
