I purchased a cookbook called " Forgotten Recipes" from a local Senior Center Sale, it does have alot of old recipes but this one sounded pretty easy!

2 cups flour 1/3 cup sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups milk

Sift the first four ingredients together, and then add peanut butter. Beat the mixture well. Now add milk; beat well. Pour batter into a well greased bread tin and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. This recipe will make one large loaf or two small ones.
If you like it also suggested to try with orange marmalade or cheese.

I made this last week. It was really good, but it didn't go as fast as I thought it would. DH is completely unpredictable when it comes to sweets. Anyways, I froze about half a loaf and I think I am going to use it to make a bread pudding for the 4th!! Hopefully my in-laws will like it. (They are coming to visit for the 4th and are really picky eaters)
