I love these w/sausage gravy n biscuits!!
1/4 c butter
4 russet potatoes, quartered and sliced
3-4 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tsp chopped fresh chives
Melt the butter over med heat,add potatoes in an even layer.
Cover and cook for about 5 min.
Season with garlic, paprika, salt and pepper,stir to coat.
Cover and cook for another 15 min, turning potatoes occasionally. Remove cover, and mix in chives.
Increase heat to med-high and cook for another 10 min, stirring frequently, or til potatoes are tender.
These turn out perfect....crispy outside soft inside...just how they should be!
