This is one of my absolute favorite breakfast casseroles! We have it every Xmas morning! Whenever I bring it to an event it is gone in minutes!

I may have to make this for tomorrow morning now that it is in my head! My husband will be thrilled! I have made big breakfasts the last 2 mornings so I can't stop now!

THis sounds so yummy and I would love to surprise my family tomorrow morning but I DO NOT have maple syrup! Can I just use regular syrup?
