Egg & Sausage Casserole
1 lb maple sausage*
3 cups milk
9 eggs
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 slices bread
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook sausage, drain, cut in peices, set aside. Cut bread slices into cubes. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add and combine milk, cheddar cheese and bread cubes. Add and combine sausage. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Salt & pepper to taste. Refridgerate overnight, covered. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
* add any type of sausage you like
My family likes plain non-spicy food but you could add peppers and onions to spice it up.
