can of diced tomatoes undrained(14 1/2 ounce can)
1 box of chicken flavored stuffing mix
2 cloves of garlic,minced fine
1 1/2 pounds of boneless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

preheat the oven to 400

place tomatoes and liquid in bowl.Add in stuffing mix,1/2 cup hot water and garlic.Stir just until stuffing mix is moistened.set aside.

place chicken in 13x9 pan.sprinkle with the basil and cheese.top with stuffing mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

We really liked it a lot.

i'm going to try this for dinner tomorrow. it sounds yummy!

edited to add: I made this for dinner tonite and loved it! So easy and simple.
