Quiche Lorraine
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 can 13oz evaporated milk
¼ cup Chopped onion
1 cup Shredded cheese(I use cheddar)
¼ cup Flour
½ teaspoon Basil
¼ teaspoon Marjoram(I leave this out since it isn't something I have on hand)
1 teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
5 Slices bacon,cooked/crumbled
In medium mixing bowl, blend eggs, milk, and onion; set aside. In small bowl, combine cheese, flour and seasonings. Place bacon in bottom of greased 9-inch pie plate; top with cheese mixture. Pour egg mixture ove all. Bake in 350F oven 45 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
