Does anybody have a quick and easy recipe for chicken spaghetti? My kids had it the other night at church and liked it, so thought I would try to make it myself. Thanks

Was it with the white sauce? I cook chicken breasts and add a can of cream of celery soup, about a cup of milk and some Nature's Seasonings. Let simmer for about an hour. Serve over noodles or rice.

ok - I am giving you my "secret" chicken spaghetti recipe!! Haha.....

It is EASY and people think it is totally homeade (and it tastes that way!)

Cooked chicken breasts, cut up
1 box tuna helper tetrazinni (sp?)
grated cheese of your choice

After you cook your chicken, make the tuna helper, substiuting chicken for the tuna. When done, stir in some grated cheese. I made this last week, and my boys (and hubby) LOVED it!! My dh actually thought this was homeade for years...I did not lie about it, he just did not know how I made it!!

Hope this helps!!

When I make it I use 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup and 1 can of Chicken Broth (optional), 1 Can of Rotel. Combine that all with your cook spaghetti and Velvetta. Cook for 45minutes - 1 hour on 375

I guess my idea of chicken spaghetti is different then most because I only have made it with red sauce ( I guess being italian mostly everything gets made w/ red sauce ) I make it by using up leftover chicken cutlets that I have slicing them in stripes combining spaghetti w/ sauce and layering some spaghetti chicken and mozzerella and continue until all chicken and spaghetti are done and no you do not have to neatly layer the spaghetti.

I got my recipe from these forums. Sorry, I can't remember who posted it.
I make it in the crock pot. Just put boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the crock pot, and cover with a jar or two of spaghetti sauce (I make my own and have put it in the crock pot frozen!) Cook all day. When done, shred the chicken with two forks and stir back into the sauce. Mix with cooked spaghetti and top with cheese. Easy and a family hit!

I boil my chicken first, then remove the chicken to cool, skim the water and cook my pasta in the same water. While the pasta is cooking I shred the chicken. Once the noodles are done, remove them from the water but reserve the water - don't dump it down the sink just yet. Mix chicken and noodles, add in 1 can cream of chicken, 1 can cream of celery, and 1/2 bottle of zesty Italian dressing. Next mix in a generous amount of shredded cheese, cracked black pepper and garlic. You want the mixture to be very moist because it will dry out while baking if it's not. That's where your chicken/pasta water comes in. Add some of that in until it's all ooey gooey. Sprinkle the top with more cheese and bake till bubbly. :-)
