I am trying this recipe out tomorrow. I will be back then to give a review.
1 lb hamburger
1 medium onion chopped
1 can (15 ozs) pizza sauce
8 ozs elbow macaroni, cooked
2 cups (8 ozs) mozzeralla cheese, shredded
1 package sliced pepperoni, quartered
In large skillet, cook hamburger and onion. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Transfer to 2 qt baking dish. Bake uncovered @ 350* for 40-45 minutes.
This was a really good dish. Kids loved it. I did make some small changes (I know I shouldnt the first time, I make something, but I did). I will be making this one again. So easy. DS1 & 2 asked for seconds.
I added 1/2 finely chopped bell pepper-I had it lo from earlier in the week and there wasnt anything I was making this week that called for it.
I used two cans of pizza sauce. Just one was way too dry.
Also I sprinkled 1/2 mozz cheese on the top five minutes before I took it out of the oven.
