Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

1 egg
1/2 c milk
2 lbs skin/boneless chicken breast,cubed
1 c seasoned bread crumbs
1 c oil for frying
8 oz swiss cheese, cubed
8 oz ham ,cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 c milk
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350.
Beat egg and 1/2 c milk together.Stir in chicken chunks to coat, then drain, and coat with bread crumbs. Heat oil and fry chicken til golden ,remove, and drain on paper towels.
Place chicken cubes in a glass baking dish, top w/cheese, and ham. Stir together the soup,sour cream and milk, pour over casserole.
sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake in preheated oven til golden an bubbly, about 30 minutes. :happy dance:
