1 loaf rye bread,cubed
1 (16oz)sauerkraut
1 1/2 c swiss cheese, shredded
1 c sour cream
1/2 c thousand island dressing
2 c corned beef, cut into small pieces
1/2 c butter or margarine, melted
Put half of the rye bread cubes in a greased sheet cake pan.
Top with the sauerkraut.
Mix the sour cream and thousand island dressing together and spoon half on top the sauerkraut.
Top w/1 c swiss cheese.
Top w/ corned beef.
Top w/ rest of the sour cream mix.
Lastly, top with the rest of bread and cheese.
Drizzle the melted butter over all.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 30 min.
Uncover and bake 10 min.
Serve hot.
