1 lb ground beef
2 (12oz)tube buttermilk biscuits
1 (15oz) can pizza sauce
1/2 c chopped onions
1/2 c chopped green peppers
1 (3oz)pepperoni slices
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese


Preheat oven to 350 .
Cook meat til no longer pink and drain.
Cut each biscuit into fourths and lay evenly in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish or 3 quart casserole dish.
Top biscuits with pizza sauce.
Sprinkle ground beef over the top.
Layer with onions, peppers, pepperoni slices and cheese.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is nicely melted.
Let stand about 10 minutes for easier serving.

I made this last night. very good and easy too!

My children love pizza, so this would be a big hit!
