I am making this for supper tonight and it is wonderful and easy, so I thought I would share.

2lb. beef tips or stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 soup can 7-up or Sprite

Place meat in covered casserole or dutch oven. Pour soup and soup mix over meat. Add 7-up and cover. Bake at 275 degrees for 4 hours. Do not open over during cooking. After 4 hours, remove from oven and let stand 30 minutes. Serve over wide noodles (or rice).

My dh loves mashed potatoes so you could do that also.
