Smoked Sausage Primavera

8 oz uncooked spaghetti (I used mini rigatoni)
1.5 c frozen broccoli cuts
1/2 c julienned bell pepper
1/4 c coarsely chopped onion
1/2 pound smoked sausage, cut into 1/2" slices
1/4 c water
3/4 c evaporated milk
2 tbs butter
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Add veggies in last 4 minutes of cooking.
In large skillet, bring sausage and water to boil, turn down and simmer 7-9 minutes or until heated through. Add milk, butter, parmesan and italian seasoning. Heat and stir until butter is melted. Drain pasta and veggies. Add sauce/sausage mixture to pasta/veggies. Toss to coat.
(I simmered mine for a few minutes to let the sauce thicken, once it was all mixed together. I added a splash of milk to it, stirred again, and served with parmesan on top.)
