4 c. stuffing mix
1/2 c. melted butter
2 cans cream of celery OR mushroom soup
1 lg. can evaporated milk
3 c. chopped turkey (or you can use ground turkey that is cooked prior to adding to HD)
1 (10 oz) pkg. frozen peas (we also use corn)
2 TBSP minced onion
Salt and pepper

Grease 9x13 pan. Mix stuffing with butter and lightly press 1/2 of the stuffing into bottom of the pan. Layer turkey, peas or corn and soup mixture. TOP with rest of stuffing and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Last time I made this I added a can of cranberries (not the jelled, but the whole) and it was GREAT!!! My mom tried using whole fresh cranberries and she didn't like the fresh ones, because they didn't taste right in this Hot Dish...

Thanks for this recipe! I'm going to make this for dinner, only I'm going to make it in individual foil pans....Easy freezing!!

Wonder what I can use in place of the evap. milk? Don't have any...and don't want to go to the store...
