1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1/4 c water
1 lb ground beef, browned
1/2 c soft bread crumbs
1/4 c catsup
1 egg
2-3 c hot mashed potatoes
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Mix 1st 6 an dpress into 9 inch pie plate. Bake 35-40 min 350 deg. Drain top with potatoes and cheese. Bake again untill cheese melts.

Sounds good but why are the potatoes masked? Just kidding but it does sound good. I'll pass it along to my friend she is always looking for more hotdish type meals for fall.
