Quick Chicken and Green Chili Casserole

4 skin/boneless chicken breast halves
garlic salt to taste
18 (6in)corn tortillas,halved
1 (28oz)green chile enchilada sauce
1 (16oz)shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (8oz)low fat sour cream
Preheat oven to 350
Lightly grease a baking dish.
Season chicken with garlic salt and bake 45 min,til done.Cool, shred, mix w/sour cream and set aside.
Pour about 1/2 in enchilada sauce in the bottom of bakng dish, and arrange 6 tortillas in a single layer.
Top with 1/2 the chicken, 1/3 cheese, and 1/3 of the remaining enchilada sauce. Repeat.
Coat remaining tortillas thoroughly with remaining enchilada sauce, and arrange on top of the layers. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, and top with any remaining enchilada sauce
Cover, and bake 45 min. Cool slightly before serving.

I like to add a handuf of minced green onion and my dh likes olives so you can add to.
