If you saw my other post, you better believe that I will be in need of some turkey leftover recipes. I found a few today on the Kraft's website
Cheesy Broccoli Rice & Turkey 4 servings
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
6 oz. VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
COMBINE broth, turkey and broccoli in large skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 min.
ADD rice and VELVEETA; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. or until rice is tender and VELVEETA is melted. Stir until well blended.
I figure this could be made too using a box of mac and cheese instead of the rice.
STOVE TOP Easy Turkey Bake 6 servings
1-2/3 cups hot water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Turkey I think leftover homemade stuffing would taste better!
4 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 bag (14 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Set aside.
MIX turkey and broccoli in 13x9-inch baking dish. Combine soup, milk and cheese; pour over turkey mixture. Top with prepared stuffing.
BAKE 30 min. or until heated through.
