Green Bean Casserole

2 tsp melted butter
2 tsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 small grated onion(or chop in mini food processor and then drain well!!!)
1 c sour cream
5-6 cans French style green beans, drained(I like to pat as dry as possible w/paper towels)
1/2 lb swiss cheese, grated
1 c corn flakes, crushed

Saute onion in butter.
Add flour,salt,sugar and pepper.
Mix in sour cream,beans and cheese.
Pour into 9x13.
Top w/cornflakes.
Bake at 400 20 min.
