I have another tuna casserole - but this one is so good I can eat the entire thing by myself and I hate tuna.
box of mac & cheese (personally, I substitute 2 cups of rotini pasta for the noodles in the box - it makes a lot more, tones down the fake cheese taste and the rest of the casserole sticks to the pasta better)
cream of mushroom soup
can of tuna
1 c. peas or green beans
1 c. milk
small diced onion
shredded cheddar cheese
crushed sour cream & cheddar chips or cheddar french fried onions - topping
Cook rotini. Mix in mac & cheese seasoning/butter/milk per box directions. In bowl, mix soup & milk together. Add to noodles. Add onions, peas/beans. Pour in casserole dish. Bake @ 350 20 minutes until bubbly. Top with cheddar. Bake 5 minutes. Top with crunchy topping. Bake 5 minutes.
