I bought 1 pound of deli turkey last week and forgot all about it. I want to use it before it goes bad, but dh and dd are not wanting sandwiches. What else could I do with it?

we take it and make stuffing roll the stuffing up in it or layer turkey then stuffing then turkey and then put gravy over the top and bake it in the oven until it is hot. (i usually cover it with foil). It is so yummy.

you could also make turkey manhatten,
(stack) bread on the bottom, turkey, mashed potatoes and then whatever gravy you like over that. My family loves this when I make it! YUM
