In a pan or casserole dish, put in a pack of soy crumbles (still frozen is fine) or browned ground meat.

On top put a bag of the frozen pepper/onion stirfry mix (or you can cut up your own).

Pour about 8 oz of tomato sauce over that, and add you seasonings of choice (I do Italion seasoning, salt & pepper, and some garlic powder). Kind of stir that around a bit it the bottom of your pan.

Then top it with your boxed potatoes. Put the sauce powder mix on top and add about half of the liquid called for.

Bake according to the temp/time on the potato box, + 10 extra minutes. Top with extra shredded cheddar in the last 5 minutes or so.
