Ingredients: 1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (1.25 oz) McCormick Origianal Taco Seasoning
1 can (15 1/4 oz.) Del Monte Whole Kernal Fiesta Corn, drained
1 can (11 oz.) nacho cheese sauce
4 cups frozen Ore-Ida Tater Tots or Onion Tater Tots

-Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In skillet cook beef & taco seasoning according to pkg. directions for taco meat. Transfer meat mixture to 2-quart baking dish.

-Spoon corn in an even layer atop meat mixture. Spread soup over corn. Arrange potatoes in a single layer atop the soup.

-Bake, uncovered, for 40-45 mins., or until potatoes are lightly browned and mixture is heated through.

-Serves 6-8

***You can use any brand of Taco seasoning, soup, corn and tater tots. I have used the cheap kinds and there is no difference in taste.
