I got this in an email today and thought I would share it.

1 C Main ingredient
1 C second ingredient
1-2 C starchy ingredient
1 1/2 C binder
1/2 C "goodie"
seasonings
toppings

Bake in oven 350° for 30-45 minutes.

Examples you can use (or create your own):

Main
tuna
seafood
chicken
turkey
ham
roast beef
hamburger

Second
mushrooms
any veggies
another cup of main ingredient

Starchy
Rice
noodles
potatoes
stuffing
tortillas

Binder
sour cream
mayo
cream soup
tomato sauce
cottage cheese
enchilada sauce
(you can always add milk or water if something is still too dry)

"goodies"
olives
nuts
cheese
water chestnuts
pimientos
green chilies

Toppings
Chinese noodles
potato chips
crackers
croutons
cheese

Spices
garlic
onion
green pepper
Worcestershire sauce
soy sauce
lemon juice
