1 can Cream of whatever you like soup
1/2c milk
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4c parmesean cheese
1c frozen mixed veggies (I use peas only)
2c (about 2 large chicken breasts or 4 thin) cooked chicken
2c medium egg noodles cooked & drained
1/2c shredded cheddar cheese

1. Stir soup, milk, pepper, parm cheese, veggies, chicken & noodles in 1 1/2 qt casserole.
2. Bake at 400 for 25 min or until hot. Stir.
3. Top w/cheedar cheese (I bake a few more minutes to melt the cheese).

Thanks for sharing! I like the sounds of the parm cheese in it. I will have to make a note to try this one soon. I do not have a few ingredients and will probably not go to the store for another week.

That sounds good. I am cooking a roaster this weekend and was looking for someways to make extra meals out of the leftovers. I am hoping to get three meals from it. This recipe and good old chicken noodle soup should do it. Linda
