One of my family's favorites...
12 oz. Reames frozen Egg Noodles (says "pre-cooked" on the package)
16 oz. Broccoli pieces, cooked
3 C. Chicken, cooked and diced
1 - 10 oz. can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 - 10 oz. can Cream of Chicken soup
1 1/2 C. Milk
3/4 tsp. Lemon Pepper
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1 C. shredded Cheddar
Store bought Bread crumbs
Cook noodles according to package directions, rinse with cold water and drain well. Spray 9x13 dish with nonstick spray. Spread broccoli pieces over bottom of pan. Blend togeter soups, milk and spices until smooth. Mix in chicken and noodles to the soup mixture. Spread mixture over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese, then top casserole with some bread crumbs. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes.
