1 lb. Spaghetti, cooked
1 lb. Ricotta Cheese
1/4 C. Milk
2 Large Eggs
1 lb. Ground Sausage
1/2 - 1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning (optional)
1 jar (approx. 3 Cups) Spaghetti Sauce, your family's favorite brand
2 C. Mozzarella, shredded
1/4 C. fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Mix ricotta, milk and eggs together. Mix in cooked spaghetti. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and press spaghetti mixture into it evenly. Cook sausage and drain fat when finished. Add seasoning (if not using spicy sausage). Mix meat and spaghetti sauce and spread evenly over spaghetti base in pan. Sprinkle cheeses over mixture. Bake 20 - 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with a garden salad and garlic bread.

Hope you like the recipe. We are close! We live in Owasso. I grew up here, but moved to Skiatook with my mom when I was a teenager and graduated there. My husband is also from Owasso and we recently moved back here.
