This is a very quick meal if you have leftover mashed potatoes.

1 lb ground turkey
1 small onion chopped
1-2 cups of veggies (corn, carrots, peas or mixed)
1 1/2 -2 lbs potatoes (3 big ones) *
1/4 c magarine
1/4 c beef broth
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Pepper, garlic to season

* You can also use leftover mashed potatoes!

1. Peel and quarter potatoes, boil in salted water until tender (about 20 min).

2. While potatoes are cooking, saute onions in olive oil until tender. Add ground beef and saute until no longer pink. Add pepper & garlic seasoning. Add worchestershire sauce. Add 1/4 cup of beef broth and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, add corn, peas or carrots.

3. Mash potatoes in bowl and add magarine, season to taste.

4. Place beef, onions & veggies in baking dish. Distribute mashed potatoes on top. Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

5. Cook in 400 degree oven until bubbling and brown (about 30 minutes).
