Goulash Recipe

Goulash-
brown up-
1 1/2 pounds of Italian Sausage,
1/2 red onion(Can use white or Yellow).
1 1/2 pounds of fresh portabella mushrooms(I use 2 cans of stems and pieces but much better with the portabella),
Drain when done.
Cook 1 box of elbow macaroni and drain good.
Add to meat and onion-
1 jar of chunky salsa,
1 can of spaghetti sauce(any kind you like),
1 can of tomato paste,
1 big can of diced tomatoes with liquid,
1/2 packet of McCormicks Italian Garlic Herb Marinde seasoning.
Heat through and add in the elbow macaroni.Heat that through and serve.So good!
