This one is so good! I made it and cooked some chicken in teriyaki sauce to add in, and it was really yummy.

Thai Noodles
1 pound linguini or spaghetti
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 Tbl. finely chopped garlic
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbl. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a medium sized bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Drain the pasta and place in a large bowl. Toss the peanut sauce with the hot cooked pasta and serve immediately.

Here's how I make a super easy teriyaki sauce that works great as a marinade for chicken. It's also good to spoon over fried rice or stir fry veggies!

In a med. size saucepan, combine 1/2 cup soy sauce and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Heat until sugar has completely dissolved, stir occasionally. That's it! You can also add some minced garlic if you like.

I make a similar one only you use equal amounts peanut butter and hot water (like a half cup each), and there is no oil in it, and you use 2 T rice vinegar in it as well. Very yummy! I chop scallions and put them on top too. VERY easy worknight meal.

I hope you like it! I am going to try making it like Calimari suggested next time, using water, because this recipe does call for quite a bit of oil!

This turned out sooo good and it was very simple to make. Thanks! I always need new ideas for noodles since we have vegetarians in the house.

I had this just the other night. I added some sauteed chicken breast to it - you could add shrimp to it as well.
