I guess I probably should have asked this before posting in #6, and I can always take my layout off. I was just wondering if you have to participate in all the challenges or if you can just pick and choose. I don't want to be jumping in on something I'm not supposed to be.

Yeah, you can pick and choose. But for the scrapbook challenges that are like layouts and stuff (not Jen's challenges or the BOM challenges) if you win (your name is drawn) then you are responsible for posting the next challenge and drawing the next name from the people to post their page and sending the person you draw a RAK (Random Act of Kindness) which can be anything really... a card... a little embellishment.. somethin like that.
