How often do we do the challenges that we vote on?

I think it is whenever Jen (JenM) feels like posting one. I am sure if someone else wanted to create one they could.

yeah, I thought Ember said that there was one in the crop and I was sorta dissapointed that there wasn't (even though I did terrible in the last one)
