This challange is in honor of Marla, the current "Scrapping Queen". You will have the two weeks she reigns to finish her challenge.

"Make a tall card and use up some of those scraps."

Be sure to post your pictures !!

Is this one challenge to use scraps on the tall card or make up a bunch of cards using up scraps?

Sara - You can make it whatever you want but my idea was a tall card using your scraps!! But it all depends on how much time you have or how many cards you need!!!! Just have fun with it!!

BTW....if any of you make 8 x 8 pages out of 12 x 12 sheets....that 4 inches that you cut off....PERFECT scrap to make this size card...and who doesn't have #10 envelopes hanging around!

Thanks! it is actually two stamps...from the Doodle This (I think) SU set...but you know that, why am I telling you..LOL!

The Happy Birthday is hard to read....I have it stamped on the same beige paper as the flower, but then it is tooo much beige...so I am not sure what I will do....leave it alone I guess...LOL!

You could restamp it on a solid matted piece of paper and put it on top of the original stamp

Yeah, that is what I did, that is what I meant above...that I had it stamped on a beige piece of paper, but then it is too much beige.

However....when my lovely oldest DD came home from school she had a great suggestion....I have added an embellishment to the left of the Happy Birthday stamp...and it draws your eye there! It looks great now!

Thanks!

Great card, Stacey! I like how you used the flourish stamp for your flower stem.
