basically it's for IF your kid becomes lost/ stolen etc. It's a program that notifies the Amber Allert and state, local and fbi authorities. We are awiting getting the software hooked up and what not. It was through an insurance program here.

I have heard of Amber alert but that this M.I.L.K program.
