The results are in...my baby brother is officially employed by the state of Georgia as a teacher in agricultural education. He will teach in the small town of Edison in Calhoun County. Anyone near there?

I'm so sad. I'm going to miss them and the very thought of the new baby not being around for us to kiss and cuddle is very hard to fathom. We've always been such a close family in distance and in relationships. Guess I'll be making some trips to GA!!

I'm happy for them too. It's a new life, a fresh start, a good job with decent pay...but I'm sure they're a little scared and nervous, especially his very shy 19 year old wife. She will become a mother for the first time in August...and then have to move to GA immediately after the birth. She will stay here with her parents and hopefully be able to schedule an induction so my brother will be SURE to be here for the birth. He has to start July 24th...preferably sooner...so they have to get everything done and moved ASAP.

Please send up prayers for them.

I hope everything goes well for your brother and his family. My 1st cousin lives right near where you are talking about and she has said its a really nice place to live and the people seem to be really nice. Hopefully his wife can meet some nice people to help her out with the baby!
