I get a mini vacation with a friend of mine to LA! I leave on Dec 15 but the thing is what do I pack clothes-wise? I am only going for 3 nights and I want to take a smallish suitcase, I hate overpacking. I looked at the weather but I would feel better if I could get some input from you ladies that have been there this time of year or that live there.
Thanks in advance!

I live north, way north (about 6 hrs drive away) But the weather there and where I live is similar. Right now its 9 pm and its 51 outside. Its cold - but throw on a coat and youll be comfy enough to go outside. During the day I was able to go out with just a tshirt and capris, its nice during the day, it got to about 68 or so today.

So pack some jeans, tshirts, probably a few sweaters and a medium coat (you dont need to bring a coat that you wear in the snow, just something to throw on in the mornings and evenings)

Hope that helps!
