this is exactly why I have come to this site, I am trying to find a way to organize my life so that I feel like I have better control of my life and will not let it continue to be a rollercoaster of stress and disorganization. I wish ya luck and just remember that communication is the most important, even if its not something easy to talk about.

oh I am so there with all of you. I started my journey back in June 05. I started getting rid of the clutter. that helps more than you think. I also started my weight loss journey in dec 05. I have lost 15 lbs and kept it off. doesn't sound like alot but it is a process of learning not just what I eat but why I eat. then in the fall of 06 i really started to face the reality that I have to do something drastic and if that means divorce then I'm ok with that. I went to see doc about possible depression. In the mean time do very small things. pick up a book and read it, no matter what. remember those things that gave you such joy. DO ONE. It has been very hard for me but I have already started my slow process. I'm always looking for people to join the team for support.

Wow allgirls that is very motivating! I have just learned ( well I have always known but now the doc says so ) that I must do something about my weight. I have decided to take it nice and slow and not try to crash diet. I think you are right, you have to make small changes first and you have to be ready to accept the changes.
