She passed away a few days ago, I just got home from calling hours It was SO sad, there were alot of people there and everyone was crying...I just feel so bad for the family mostly because she lived almost 3 months AFTER the fire and then still passed away. I just dont understand why God does that to people...why make her suffer for 3 months and then let her die? Why tear the families hearts out again and again? She was such a wonderful woman and she did SO much for her family, she was the best Mom anyone could have asked for. I am sorry I am just so saddend by this.

The little girl continues to do well she is off the morphine and gets surgeries every week. You can read the updates here www.serenasmile.org

I can understand your grief. It is upsetting for us to lose loved ones, but now she's in a better place. She's at peace.

I will keep your friend's baby in my prayers

Thanks for the update

((HUGS)) to you.

There are a lot of reasons for things that we will never understand. Maybe God knew the family needed her here the last three months, however they could get her, maybe a thousand other reasons. It is so sad when something like this happens, and without my faith in knowing that God does have it in control, I just don't know how I would get through it. I'll keep the little girl and the whole family in my prayers.

I think that maybe the grandmother held on until she could make sure that her precious grandchild would be okay and knew her job was finished and went on to a better place. I am so sorry for this families pain and will be thinking of them and keeping them in my prayers.
