Im so mad right now i cant see straight ! I was in kaylee's room making her bed ,sam's dog lot is right outside her room. Well I heard sam let out a LOUD yelp , Like she was Hurt so i run to the window and see the trash man hitting her with a stick ! I bang on the window to let him know I see him then run to the door to go out to give him a peice of my mind but by the time |I got out there they was driving off. Should I call the city ? OMG im so MAD my poor dog

Call NOW. If he was not hurting or bothering the garbage man, that is animal cruelty. Not only just report him, but threaten to call the local animal rights group or even the news!

If the dog was bothering him then you should not do anything. If not then you need to report it right away!
