well the new president of the condo board resigned last night!!!

seems she sent a memo out to everyone( but us) saying I did not want to do garbage anymore() and she was going to hire someone to come and clean and rake leaves, haul stuff to the shed etc, and are condo fees would be going up( december 1st) to reflect this. well a neighbour brought it over( since we did not get one) and asked why. so i told her and she gave me her copy and i wrote on the bottom of hers what went on( her tirade etc) and photocopied it and I handed it out to the owners( president included as stated by condo rules) and they all got together and told her she either resigned or they would fire her. i was the proverbial(? on spelling) straw that broke the camels back.( some other s have complained about her about other things as well to other board members).

so now i am back picking up the garbage and raking leaves etc...and she is fuming mad about it all.( and our condo fees will NOT go up in december)...and YES i will still be picking up the elderly man's yard as well...everyone agreed she was way out of line to even think that i should not!

It was VERY KIND of you to be doing what you had been for so long, even MORE SO to continue after being abused that way. Thank you for not letting her ruin the good you bring to your neighbors lives!

Yippy Maybe you can use this as a chance to plan a Condo wide Fall clean up. Make it a clean up and BBQ or potluck. If it works you could plan a Spring clean up too.
